A Deep, Healthy Clean
With many commercial clients all across the greater Los Angeles area and Orange County, Silver Lining Cleaning Services knows how important it is to keep a team going. It is very important to keep the team healthy by preventing the spread of bacteria and viruses. We work with offices of any size, schools, restaurants, grocery stores, and retail locations All our cleaning products and disinfectants are commercial grade, CDC approved and EPA-registered.
For food service industries, we have a special food-safe disinfectant that is safe to use on tables, conveyor belts, countertops, ice machines, inside and outside of refrigerators, and food preparation tables.
Since each location is different, we build a custom checklist to ensure we are handling our
customer’s priorities. Call us today at (562) 400-4146 for your personalized quote.
All our cleaning services have a 4-step disinfection process.
- Step 1) Disinfect all equipment prior to entering location and wash hands before starting.
- Step 2) Pre-clean all surfaces to eliminate any spread of bacteria or germs.
- Step 3) Spray surfaces with disinfectant. This includes high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, and handles.
- Step 4) Disinfect all equipment and wash hands after the cleaning is finished.
While most cleaning companies use a mop and bucket of water, we use a steam mop to prevent the spread of dirty water. The heat from the steam also kills 99.9% of bacteria. In some cases where steam is not recommended on the floor, we use our multipurpose spray and microfiber cloth to clean those floors sensitive to steam.

Fats, Oil, and Grease Removal
Silver Lining Cleaning Services works with our collaborative company, Environmental Team & Associates to provide services for the food industry.
All food service establishments that discharge grease are required to obtain a Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG)/wastewater permit. County and City inspectors conduct independent inspections on all food service establishments that are known to discharge grease. In the case that a food service establishment is found to be in violation of the permit (hasn’t obtained permit when one is required) or if they are found to not implement Best Management Practices (BMPs), processes outlined by Municipal Codes, the establishment may be required to install a grease interceptor which can cost owners thousands. ETA offers permitting and consultation services. ETA will help you submit the required paperwork to obtain the correct permit for you and identify how to adjust your food cleaning processes to meet the specified BMPs. ETA also provides inedible kitchen grease pick-up services following all of the California Department of Food and Agriculture requirements.
