How Much Does A Cleaning Service Cost?

Every house/location is unique, and every house cleaning and commercial cleaning fee is individually based. Having said that, we charge a flat rate of $40/hr/person. The only variable is the amount of time a cleaning takes. Things that will affect your cleaning estimate in terms of time include the size of your space in square footage, number of pets (if they shed), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and if there are any areas you want us to concentrate on.

Will All Commercial Cleaning & House Cleaning Visits Cost the Same Amount?

The first cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits since it could also take longer. Your estimate for the first cleaning service visit will be expressed as a cost range.

Once this initial visit has occurred, your location’s cleanliness can be easily maintained with our regular visit cleaning tasks. Regular cleaning visits are charged as a flat fee. You will receive an estimate for both the initial cleaning and the regular cleaning visits up front. Once the initial house cleaning has been completed, we will confirm your regular house cleaning price.

Do I Have To Be Present During A Cleaning Service?

This is your option. As long as we have secured access into the location, there does not need to be anyone present.

What If I Need To Reschedule A Cleaning?

What Should I Do With My Pets During The House Cleaning?

Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our cleaning team can clean your home better and more efficiently.

Are My Valuables Safe With Silver Lining Cleaning?

Absolutely! However, if you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want our maids to clean that area. Silver Lining Cleaning Services carries all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.

How Should I Pay For My Cleaning? What Forms of Payment Do You Take?

Prior to your appointment, we will send you an invoice via email, which we do require to be paid prior to our entry. On the invoice you can pay via debit/credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card), eCheck, Venmo, PayPal or Apple Pay.

Do I Need To Provide House Cleaning Supplies Or Equipment?

We are able to provide all cleaning products and equipment. In order to decrease the effects of cross contamination, we do prefer our cleaner to use the in-house vacuum and broom within the same household if possible. If you have special cleaning products you want the team to use, please be sure to discuss this with our operations manager in advance, so that we can properly instruct the cleaning crew. Further, if you prefer us to use any of your cleaning products and/or equipment, let us know that too. That is always fine.
